Josh has been an excellent partner to have on my high level/hard to fill searches. I like his consultative approach rather than a “sales push”. He continues to push forward on hard searches, unlike other agencies that may give up after submitting a few candidates. Josh also does the right amount of checking in regarding next steps. True partnership every step of the way and goes above and beyond in helping with the candidate offer-management process.

It was a truly a pleasure working with ABA Search. Not only were they responsive and professional, they were also extremely patient and understanding. I was initially uncertain of the position they were offering but instead of becoming frustrated with my indecisiveness, they listened. They let me know that it was okay if the role wasn’t for me and asked me to elaborate on my concerns and goals. They then addressed all of my concerns, gave me valuable career advice, offered a few other roles, and then gave me time to process everything.
