As a recruiter, Olivia strives to grasp what motivates candidates and focuses on finding companies that offer meaningful, fulfilling opportunities. She is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities, especially within the small to mid-sized biotech and biopharma space.

A California native, Olivia moved from Humboldt County to the East Bay for college and has loved calling it home ever since. She graduated from CSU East Bay with a degree in Business and focus on Entrepreneurship and brings creative energy to every candidate and client relationship she builds.

Favorite things to do outside of work: Olivia is a part-time personal trainer and CycleBar instructor. In her free time, you’ll often find her hiking, exploring local farmers’ markets, or taking the occasional trip to Napa.
